Corporate Relations and Industry Outreach ManagerThis key position is responsible for fostering strong corporate ties, generating placements, and creating opportunities for full-time positions and summer internships.Create data to drive outreach efforts and find new companies to partner with.Nurture relationships with senior professionals like CHROs, functional leaders, and CXOs to secure placement opportunities.Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of corporates/placement POCs/CXOs/CHROs.BUILD AND MAINTAIN CAMPUS RELATIONS WITH PROSPECTIVE RECRUITERS WHILE ENSURING THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONALISM ARE MAINTAINED.Convert new accounts through structured outreach and meet individual targets.Plan and execute campus engagement activities such as leadership talks, live projects, panel discussions, conclaves, and workshops.Plan and execute corporate outreach and campus recruitment process for full-time positions and summer internships.Stay abreast of industry/economic developments to enhance the effectiveness of outreach efforts.Collaborate with Alumni, Faculty, Administration, Marketing & Admissions teams to achieve larger institutional objectives.
