Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Partnerships Manager. The role involves identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with funders, corporate organizations, CSOs, and governmental bodies to advance OwC's mission. Responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders, developing funding proposals, managing partner relationships, and tracking key partnership goals. The role requires regular communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align efforts and ensure successful project outcomes. Creative problem-solving and fostering long-term partnerships to support community-driven climate initiatives are key aspects of the role. Qualifications - Expertise in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and building collaborative relationships - Strong skills in preparing compelling funding proposals, presentations, and communication materials - Proven ability to manage projects, including planning, budgeting, and delivering results within deadlines - Experience in sustainability, climate action, or related fields, including an understanding of South Asia's community needs - Exceptional interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution - Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to manage partnerships and workflow remotely - Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to collaborative team efforts - Educational background in International Relations, Environmental Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
