The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic growth and innovation across the organization.This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in strategy, consulting, or venture development, with added comfort managing executive and personal workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business plans, revenue projections, and strategic recommendation notes.Conduct market research and financial modeling for new ventures, including luxury furniture lines and design-led creative extensions.Support partnership-building with designers, galleries, cultural institutions, real estate collaborators, and investors.Benchmark global best practices in luxury design, real estate innovation, and public art programming.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: MBA or Master's in business, Management, Economics, Design Strategy, or related fields.Experience: 4–8 years in strategy, consulting, venture development, or executive office roles, with added comfort managing executive and personal workflows.Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.Experience in real estate, luxury, design, or cultural sectors is a strong plus.Candidate ProfileAble to proactively identify opportunities and challenges, and propose strategic or operational solutions.Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities across professional and personal domains.Confident interacting across corporate, creative, and institutional environments.Work Ethic and PersonalityCalm under pressure, solutions-driven, and committed to excellence and trustworthiness.Proactive, discreet, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities across professional and personal domains.Strong analytical thinker with aesthetic sensitivity and cultural curiosity.
