About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Hacker, SEO Analyst, and Digital Marketing Specialist to drive user acquisition, optimize website performance, and boost our digital presence. This role blends strategic thinking, data analysis, and creative marketing to accelerate business growth and improve brand visibility across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:Growth Hacking:
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to acquire and retain customers.
  • Analyze user data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • A/B test marketing tactics, product features, and conversion funnels.
  • Optimize customer acquisition channels and enhance user experience (UX).
  • Create viral marketing campaigns and referral programs to drive rapid growth.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.


SEO Analysis:
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking for search engine visibility.
  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
  • Generate reports on organic search performance, traffic growth, and rankings.


Digital Marketing:
  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, content marketing).
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and .
  • Create engaging content to support brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Manage social media presence and engage with the audience to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices.


Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. BE Comps, IT. Bsc Comps, IT.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior internships or projects related to digital marketing, SEO, or growth hacking are a plus.


Preferred Skills:
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and apply new digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing for SaaS products or e-commerce.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation
