About the Role: Hardware Solution Manager - EV Chargers

Location: Gurgaon

Sector: Electric Vehicle Charging

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • To address technical compliance, statement of requirement and customer’s product related satisfaction issue.
  • To determine the capabilities of products or services, especially in comparison to the products or services of leading competitors. Responsible for product benchmarking and market research.
  • Technology transfer, outsourcing data, design, invention, material, software, technical knowledge and trade secrets from international overseas and onboarding technology partners.
  • To drive product’s test and certification both inhouse and third party.
  • Engagement with customers to grasp their requirement and showcasing products.
  • Effective communicator with excellent management skills, strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to interact with globally and remotely located business partners.
  • Goal-driven and energetic forward thinker skilled in translating company business strategy into operational goals.
  • Thorough understanding of international and national standards and compliances (EN/UL/IEC/ISO/CE).
  • Expertise in JIRA, PLM and MS Tools.
  • Experience in stabilization and implementation product planning according to APQP.
  • To review and finalize the product specifications and product related documentation.
  • Thorough understanding of EV chargers including electrical and electronics components switchgears, safety components, wiring, cable assemblies, PCBs, engineering drawings and manuals.
  • Working with stakeholders to identify the challenges, blockers and inefficiencies in existing processes and delivering insights to drive business growth.
  • To prioritise product features and capabilities.
