Founded by IIT-Delhi alumni with deep industry experience, we raised seed funding in April 2023 and are now scaling our 35-member team to 50+ as we continue our growth journey.Key responsibilities Own and execute the end-to-end partnerships lifecycle – from outreach and onboarding to relationship management.Actively identify, engage, and convert potential partners through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, and calls.Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase QuickReply.ai’s value across different partner types.Maintain a structured and updated partner pipeline in CRM; track performance metrics and deal status.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create co-marketing initiatives and partner enablement programs.Build and nurture long-term, revenue-driving relationships with key partners and agencies.Skills and requirements2+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales (preferably in MarTech, SaaS, or E-commerce).Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Comfort with cold outreach and presenting tech products to varied audiences.What we offerCompetitive base salary + performance-based incentives.A chance to work on an innovative product in a rapidly growing industry.Fast career growth with learning opportunities across functions.A dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented work culture.
