Job Title: GCC StrategistAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled GCC strategist to drive business opportunities within the GCC ecosystem. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with GCC leaders, HR heads, CIOs, and decision-makers.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify business opportunities within the GCC ecosystem- Conduct detailed market research on GCC trends, expansion plans, capability areas, and competitive landscape- Lead end-to-end business development cycles - pitches, proposals, capability decks, and solution presentations- Manage client expectations, timelines, and internal deliverables across cross-functional teamsRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Strong understanding of GCC operating models, capability building, and scaling strategies- Proven sales and business development experience with successful closures- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple engagements- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and CXO-level leaders- Strategic thinking with a proactive, outcome-driven approachEligibility:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, technology, or related field- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, consulting, or IT services- Prior experience with GCCs (selling, consulting, or partnering) is a strong advantageBenefits:- High-visibility role working directly with GCC leadership- Opportunity to shape and drive strategic GCC-focused initiatives- Fast-paced growth environment with excellent learning opportunity- Health insurance coverage (including spouse and children)Others:As a GCC strategist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.
