The Role:
Were looking for a driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence within Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Enterprise Customers in India. If you know how to sell IT services, build C-level relationships, and close strategic dealsthis role is for you.
What Youll Do:
- Own and grow key accounts in the GCC & enterprise space.
- Drive end-to-end IT services salesfrom prospecting to deal closure.
- Pitch solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, enterprise apps, and AI/automation.
- Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and procurement heads to align solutions with business goals.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to tailor winning proposals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
What Were Looking For:
- 34 years in IT services sales, preferably with GCC or enterprise clients.
- Proven success selling solutions like cloud, ERP, infra, cybersecurity, and managed IT.
- Solid understanding of GCC models, IT needs, and outsourcing trends.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
Bonus Points:
- Strong network within GCCs across BFSI, healthcare, retail, or tech.
- Degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
