Job Opportunity for a GM- Business Development.

Location- Anywhere in South India

Role-

1. Set up the BD vertical

2. Knowledge of COCO, COFO, FOCO, FOFO Business Models

3. Knowledge of competition business models / franchisee policies

4. Highly acquainted franchisee network...…must have opened atleast 100 stores himself(mostly franchisee)

5. Adapt at Franchisee Sourcing - Direct thru field visits / Digital Adds / etc

6. Properties Sourcing - strong network of Brokers / Market Intermediaries, should be aware of current market rentals, etc

7. Team Management (should have handled 1 or 2 team members in the past)

8. Understand P&L thoroughly

9. Create Annual BD business Plan

10. Geographical understanding - Southern Markets...should be well versed

11. Responsible for NSO(new store opening) profitability

12. Responsible for opening new stores in compliance with he BD business plan
