Role & responsibilitiesPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and job boards.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals (e.g., software engineers, DevOps, data scientists, cybersecurity experts).Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate fit and interest.Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.Collaborate with employer branding and recruitment marketing teams to enhance outreach efforts.Required Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting.Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and terminology (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes).Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).Preferred candidate profileExperience sourcing for niche or senior-level IT roles.Certification in technical recruiting or sourcing (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional).Understanding of diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
