Mazinfotech
is a rapidly expanding technology firm specializing in high-value
CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and BIM (Building Information Modeling) services
for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industries. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to accelerate our sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:
    Proactively source, qualify, and develop new business leads through high-volume activities including
    cold calling, strategic email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Pipeline Building:
    Successfully generate and secure qualified first-step meetings and discovery calls for our senior sales team.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Develop a strong understanding of client needs within the AEC space to effectively position our CAD and BIM solutions.
  • CRM Management:
    Ensure all sales activities, contacts, and opportunity data are accurately logged and maintained in the CRM system.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Education/Experience : MBA
    OR
    significant, demonstrable prior experience in a
    Business Development or Sales
    role.
  • Language Skills :
    Absolute
    fluency in English
    (written and verbal) is required for communication with US-based clients.
  • Work Schedule :
    Must be able to work
    US Shift Timings: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST
    (Monday – Friday) to align with client business hours.
  • Industry Focus :
    Preference will be given to candidates with an interest in or exposure to
    CAD, BIM, AEC, or related technology sectors.
