Krishna Space is a commercial real estate services and investment firm dealing with clients seeking services related to rent, lease, selling & purchasing of Commercial and Industrial properties.

The company wants a sales representative and for the same, the details are below:
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Meet new clients / companies.
- Receiving Inquiries and understand client’s requirements.
- Calling the prospective clients and schedule meetings and site visit.
- Search properties and prepare the database from various sources through groundwork.
- Update properties and inquiries in CRM software.
- Keep a track of meetings with clients, remind them of documents needed and take regular follow ups.
- Development of effective sales strategies and set the monthly sales targets.
- Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.

**SKILLS/ PROFICIENCY REQUIRED**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹11,026.04 - ₹30,000.00 per month
