**Position Overview**:As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Renvakar Real Estate, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and promote the company's real estate properties. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to potential clients. A key aspect of this position is the requirement for a two-wheeler vehicle to facilitate property visits and client interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:Actively identify and pursue potential clients for real estate properties, including individual buyers and investors.
Engage in proactive outbound sales activities, such as cold calling, networking, and attending relevant events.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and financial capacities.
Provide personalized property recommendations and updates to clients based on their requirements.

**Property Presentations**:Conduct property viewings with prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of different properties.
Address client inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and guidance throughout the sales process.

**Sales Strategy Implementation**:Execute sales strategies and techniques to meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing marketing campaigns.

**Lead Management**:Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts and inquiries, converting them into potential buyers.
Maintain a well-organized lead database and track client interactions using CRM software.

**Negotiation and Closing**:Skillfully negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with clients to achieve successful property sales.
Prepare and present sales agreements and contracts, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

**Market Intelligence**:Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

**Reporting**:Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
Share insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle for property visits and client interactions is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Proficiency in local languages (spoken and written) is advantageous.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic computer skills for using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Flexibility to work weekends and attend events as needed.
