Role Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline
Identify potential projects that match the company's skill set and experience on Upwork and similar platforms.
Prepare and submit compelling project proposals.
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in bidding and project management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 3+ years in the sales industry
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role.
Experience in handling Indian and International clients
