Job Title : Senior. Business Development Manager Location : Bangalore Experience Required : 8+ years Salary Range : ₹12,00,000 to ₹14,00,000 per annum Gender Preference : Male Work Timings : Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Saturday: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM A two-wheeler is mandatory for this job position Roles & Responsibility :- o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills o Proven working experience as a business development manager, senior sales executive or a relevant role with evident track record and result oriented approach o Have a comprehensive understanding of B2 B sales processes, Presales, Sales, Closure Sales, Selling techniques etc. o Ability to build rapport, ace time management and planning skills. o Candidates in constant liaison and engagements with large IT companies and corporates would be preferred. o Develop sales growth strategies, focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction o Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs o Arrange and handle business meetings with prospective clients o Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives o Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers o Should have prior experience in handling a team.
