Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory by contributing to the overall sales strategy and meeting revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting :
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, research, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to address their challenges.
Sales Strategy Execution :
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
Market Analysis :
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team for strategy refinement.
Negotiation & Closing :
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements to close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Reporting & Documentation :
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and projections.
Qualifications:
Educational Background :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience :
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in IT, digital marketing is a plus.
Technical Skills :
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics.
Interpersonal Skills :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Other Skills :
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Number of new clients acquired.
Client retention rate and satisfaction scores.
Conversion rate from leads to closed deals .
