We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory by contributing to the overall sales strategy and meeting revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting :

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, research, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to address their challenges.

Sales Strategy Execution :

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.

Market Analysis :

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the management team for strategy refinement.

Negotiation & Closing :

  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements to close deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Reporting & Documentation :

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and projections.

Qualifications:

Educational Background :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience :

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Experience in IT, digital marketing is a plus.

Technical Skills :

  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics.

Interpersonal Skills :

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Other Skills :

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Number of new clients acquired.

Client retention rate and satisfaction scores.

Conversion rate from leads to closed deals .
