Qualifications :

Engineering Degree
MBA with specialisation in Finance & Operations
12 - 15 years of Business development exposure in the Cement Industry, manufacturing sector, Logistics or Infrastructure sector, or similar experience with leading management consulting firms.
Significant experience in corporate planning, development, or a related strategic role.
Proficiency in data analysis, financial modelling, and business analytics.
Strong leadership skills, with proven experience in project management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
