JobPurposeThe purpose of the jobis to be responsible for acquiring and managing corporaterelationships for Corporate NPS. The person will be responsible forBusiness Development Corporate Relationship Onboarding NurturingOnboarded Relationships increasing penetration of NPS registrationand NPS Corpus within the Corporate employee universe. The rolerequires understanding of financial planning understanding NPS andcomparable investment products (like Mutual Funds Insurance PPFetc) and a commitment to deliver exceptional clientservice.
Responsibilities:
ClientAcquisition and RelationshipManagement:
  • Identifyand build Corporate opportunity for NPS across Corporate segmentsin the assigned geography Large Mid Small Corporates &others
  • Acquire and onboard Corporates forCorporate NPS through our NPS POPPlatform
  • Manage Train & Servicecorporate stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the NPSprocess
  • Deepen an onboarded corporaterelationship by increasing employee penetration and increasing percorporate NPS corpus
  • Drive acquisition byleveraging broader Tata Capital business presence in the assignedgeography
  • Acquire new accounts from the Group.Leverage existing Group relationships and collaborate with internalstakeholders to achievethis

MarketingandEngagement:
  • ImplementMarketing and Communication plan for managed Corporaterelationships
  • Drive NPS awareness initiativesacross all key touch points
  • Create and executeinnovative engagement activities to drive employee registrations atexisting corporate relationships
  • Collaboratewith the internal teams such as operations and compliance as wellas external stakeholders (such as CRAs) to deliver seamlessexperience for both Corporates and theirEmployees

ProductExpertise:
  • Be thoroughly informed ofNPS product and its operations(Digital and Physical) in order toprovide expected service standards
  • Stayuptodate with industry trends customer profiles economicdevelopments and regulatory changes that impact the product and itssubscribers could impact clients' financialpositions.
