Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Support Manager at Jeto Vacations in Delhi, India. The Customer Service Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, providing technical support, and analyzing customer service metrics on a day-to-day basis.
