Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.- Assist customers with product/service information, troubleshooting, and account management.- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.- Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management as needed.- Manage the team members and collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes and outcomes.- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to manager team and time effectively in a remote environment.- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
