Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end closing processes for residential real estate transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure seamless deal closures.
- Lead and mentor the sales closing team to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
- Oversee legal and financial documentation required for property transactions.
- Handle negotiations between buyers, sellers, and stakeholders to finalize deals.
- Ensure all transactions comply with real estate regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual closing targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams like sales, legal, and finance for smooth transaction processes.
- Apply only if you have prior experience in the real estate industry.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in real estate closing management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
