As a Sales Executive at Rainbow Flavors, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and ensuring the smooth distribution of our products in the market. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Prospecting and Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers to expand our clientele.
Route Sales: Plan and execute efficient route sales to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
Order Collection: Collect and process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely and seamless transactions.
Order Delivery: Take charge of delivering orders to customers promptly, maintaining product quality during transportation.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
Sales Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the food products industry.
Language Skills: Fluent in Malayalam. Proficiency in English would be an added advantage.
Driving License: A four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for route sales and order deliveries.
Local Knowledge: Being a native of Kerala with an understanding of local markets and customer preferences.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to effectively interact with customers.
Result-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
