- Supervise and manage the sales team.
- Ensure sales goals are met.
- Provide training and motivation to the team.
- Monitor sales performance and report to management.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or team leadership.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Good problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
