Job DescriptionMeets assigned targets for profitable sales volume (primary/secondary) in assigned partner accounts.Identify and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.Coordinate with the concerned team to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.Address channel partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.QualificationAny Graduate with MBA in Sales & MarketingRelevant ExperienceMust have relevant experience of 7-12 years in Automotive Battery Industry.Should have strong product knowledge.Must have strong geographical knowledge of the territory.Excellent communication & team handling skills.Customer Relationship Management
