Business Development ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base.Billing a sales pipeline and maintaining relationships with new clients in assigned territories is crucial for success in this position.Gaining access to decision-makers and signing contracts for full-time and contingent workforce solutions is vital for the company's growth.Maintaining CRM records and collaborating with marketing activities to generate qualified opportunities will be essential in this role.Cross-selling infrastructure consulting services within existing client relationships will also be key to achieving sales targets.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with high integrity, strong decision-making skills, and excellent communication abilities. This role can be performed remotely, allowing for flexible working hours between 6:30 PM and 3:30 AM IST.Key Responsibilities:Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and follow up with potential clients to ensure successful deals.Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials that attract potential clients.Infrastructure Consulting: Identify opportunities to cross-sell infrastructure consulting services to existing clients, thereby increasing revenue streams.
