Sales Growth Strategist

We're looking for a strategic co-founder or Chief Revenue Officer to drive revenue growth and build a long-term company.Key ResponsibilitiesBring in at least 3 corporate clients within the first 90 days, including export houses, buying agencies, manufacturers, or brands.Hire, train, and manage a commission-based sales team to achieve revenue targets.Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy, incorporating outbound and email-driven campaigns.Establish and manage email marketing workflows for lead nurturing and upselling opportunities.Cultivate repeatable systems for direct deal closure and sales team success.Collaborate with the founder to refine pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies.What You'll NeedProven track record of achieving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams.Strong business acumen, with expertise in sales strategy, market trends, and competitor analysis.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.Familiarity with email marketing tools and platforms, with experience in designing and implementing successful campaigns.This is a high-equity opportunity for someone ready to take on a leadership role and drive business growth.
