Job Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between the client and the agency, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of client goals.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans in collaboration with internal teams and the client.
Provide regular performance reports, data analytics insights, and actionable recommendations.
Oversee content creation, design projects, and video production to align with client expectations.
Coordinate with senior-level professionals (e.g., directors, doctors) with professionalism and maturity.
Identify and resolve potential issues proactively, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience : 5 –10 years of managing large-scale clients in a digital marketing role.
Skills : Expertise in digital marketing strategies, content creation, data analytics, reporting, design, and video production.
Leadership : Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage teams effectively.
Soft Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, video editing software).
Additional Attributes:
Previous experience working with healthcare, education, or large corporations is a plus.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a dynamic environment.
