With a focus on integrity and customer satisfaction, Renown Mart aims to simplify everyday life and enhance user experience across all interactions.Position: Business Development / Tele Sales Executive (US Process)This is a full-time, on-site role suitable for a confident, target-driven telesales professional who can engage with US-based customers, generate leads, convert prospects, and build long-lasting business relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients in the US marketGenerate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-upsPitch products/services clearly and effectively to international customersConvert warm and cold leads into successful sales opportunitiesMaintain customer database and update CRM records accuratelyAchieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly conversion and revenue targetsUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutionsHandle customer objections professionally and close deals through strong negotiationsCoordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operationsEnsure timely follow-up and maintain high standards of customer communicationRequired QualificationsProven experience in Tele Sales / Business Development / International BPO (US Process)Strong communication skills with a clear and confident US accent advantageAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environmentExcellent persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skillsAbility to work night shifts aligned with US business hoursBasic understanding of market research and lead generationProficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is preferredBachelor's degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their updated resume at: 📧 hr@renownsystem.com 📞 8726330076
