Tele Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers and answer any questions they may have.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into customers.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, including calls made, sales closed, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and market demand.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in tele sales, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
