*Job Description:*

We are looking for a *Tele Sales Executive* to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for *selling UG/PG courses online* by engaging with potential students and guiding them toward the right educational programs. If you have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a target-driven approach, we would love to hear from you

*Key Responsibilities:*

Make outbound calls to potential students and provide detailed information about *UG/PG courses*.

Understand student requirements and counsel them on suitable course options.

Convert leads into enrollments through persuasive communication and relationship-building.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up to ensure conversions.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Work collaboratively with the team to enhance sales strategies and processes.

*Requirements:*

Minimum *6 months of experience* in telesales, inside sales, academic counseling, or a related field.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*

Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle student inquiries effectively and provide suitable solutions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
