**Work Schedule**:6 days working (Sunday off)**
**Timings**:10:30 AM - 7:30 PM**

We are hiring a **Tele Sales Executive** to join our team and drive **online UG/PG course enrollments**. This role involves connecting with prospective students, understanding their academic needs, and guiding them in selecting the right courses. If you have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a target-driven approach, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and counsel them on suitable UG/PG courses.
- Explain course details, benefits, and career prospects to prospective students.
- Convert leads into enrollments through persuasive communication and consistent follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and manage the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance sales processes and improve conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** in telesales, inside sales, academic counseling, or a related field.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to handle student inquiries effectively and provide appropriate solutions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
