Job Overview:
As an Inside Sales Manager at ClassTym (www.classtym.com), your primary responsibility will be to engage with B2C customers to promote and sell ClassTym's learning and upskilling products. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and presenting our solutions to showcase how they can enhance individual development. This role focuses on driving sales in a digital environment, requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive market.

Responsibilities:
Generate leads : Inside sales executives research and identify potential customers using a variety of sources such as online searches, social media or referrals.
Qualify leads : They determine which leads are most likely to become customers by evaluating their needs and budget and assessing interest in the products or services they sell.
Make sales presentations : They engage with potential customers by phone, email or video conference to demonstrate the features and benefits of products and services and persuade them to purchase.
Negotiate deals : Inside sales executives work with customers to identify pricing and payment options that meet their requirements and align with company goals.
Close sales : They close sales agreements with customers, provide customer support as required and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage sales pipeline : Managing a sales pipeline involves monitoring sales activities and customer interactions, updating sales records and customer information in a customer relationship management (CRM) system and providing regular reports on sales activities and results.
Collaborate with team members : Working closely with marketing and other professionals helps executives in sales develop and implement strategies and achieve their targets consistently.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge : Staying up-to-date about products and services involves being familiar with their key features, benefits and competitors to inform potential customers.

Requirements:
Previous sales experience, preferably in a business-to-consumer (B2C) environment.
Prior experience in the Education or EdTech industry is highly desirable.
Experience with telemarketing or customer service, with a focus on outbound calling and client interactions.
Hands-on experience with CRM software (eg. Salesforce, Zoho) to manage leads and streamline sales processes.
Familiarity with sales analytics tools and techniques for tracking performance and identifying trends.
Strong data analysis skills to drive insights and enhance sales performance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining excellent customer relations.
