Role Purpose:
- Responsible for achievement of business targets by effective management of payroll-related activities such as timely and accurate disbursement of payments, regulatory compliances etc., ensuring that all regulatory and statutory compliances relevant to payroll are in place.
- Ensure high performance culture and development of team members.
- Responsible for involvement and completion of TEI initiatives by self and team members.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for coordinating, schedule and reviewing payroll activities, composing correspondence to employees regarding payroll activities and procedures
- Responsible from driving and optimizing HRMS systems and process in line with business transformations
- Responsible for understanding the client's requirements, and ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Ensure timely updation of all latest statutory and legal amendments, related to labour policy
- Responsible for timely coordination with the customer, for all delivery-related issues
- Ensure helpdesk model is working as per TAT, at all times
- Responsible for timely interaction with the ERP team, for tool customization, based on the customer's requirements.
- Ensure timely updation and adherence to all policies and standards of the organization and the department
- Responsible for providing guidance to customers on implementation of all latest legal and taxation amendments
- Ensure accommodating all payroll dynamics of the customer, in the payroll tool designed for the client
- Ensure timely submission of invoice and payment collection
- Ensure timely resolutions are provided to customer complaints and concerns
- Oversee development of employees and conduct their performance appraisal's, including recommending staff for promotion, providing performance feedback etc.
- Manage employee satisfaction by driving a culture of transparent communication, and addressing and resolving employee grievances
- To comply with the needs of the company, and to take on any other work allocated by your supervisor.
- Ensure TEI initiatives of QCC/ Kaizen participation and completion of related projects by team members.
Required Knowledge:
- Knowledge on Global ERP application (RAMCO, BSF, SAP,REVAT)
- Knowledge on Labour law & Statutory requirement.
- Bench-marking practices of successful HR Organizations.
- Knowledge on government regulations - Taxes & Duties.
