Key Responsibilities :Responsible for coordinating, schedule and reviewing payroll activities, composing correspondence to employees regarding payroll activities and proceduresResponsible from driving and optimizing HRMS systems and process in line with business transformationsResponsible for understanding the client's requirements, and ensuring timely and quality deliveryEnsure timely updation of all latest statutory and legal amendments, related to labour policyResponsible for timely coordination with the customer, for all delivery-related issuesEnsure helpdesk model is working as per TAT, at all timesResponsible for timely interaction with the ERP team, for tool customization, based on the customer's requirements.Ensure timely updation and adherence to all policies and standards of the organization and the departmentResponsible for providing guidance to customers on implementation of all latest legal and taxation amendmentsEnsure accommodating all payroll dynamics of the customer, in the payroll tool designed for the clientEnsure timely submission of invoice and payment collectionEnsure timely resolutions are provided to customer complaints and concernsOversee development of employees and conduct their performance appraisal's, including recommending staff for promotion, providing performance feedback etc.Manage employee satisfaction by driving a culture of transparent communication, and addressing and resolving employee grievancesTo comply with the needs of the company, and to take on any other work allocated by your supervisor.Ensure TEI initiatives of QCC/ Kaizen participation and completion of related projects by team members.
Required Knowledge:Knowledge on Global ERP application (RAMCO, BSF, SAP,REVAT)Knowledge on Labour law & Statutory requirement.Bench-marking practices of successful HR Organizations.Knowledge on government regulations - Taxes & Duties.
