The role focuses on tenders, RFP responses, and solution-based selling to public sector clients.Requirements- 4–6 years of experience in government-focused software sales.- Strong skills in tendering, bid management, and GeM portal bidding is a must.- Experience preparing RFP/RFI responses and proposals.- Ability to deliver demos and sales presentations to government teams.- Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation abilities.- Strong relationship-building skills across public sector departments.Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue software opportunities in the government sector.- Manage tenders, bids, and all related documentation.- Lead GeM portal bidding and track new opportunities.- Analyze requirements and coordinate with technical teams.- Prepare RFP/RFI responses and techno-commercial proposals.- Deliver product demos and presentations to government clients.- Build and maintain relationships with key officials.- Collaborate with internal teams for submissions and closures.- Track government IT trends and upcoming opportunities.
