We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager focused on Business Development and Sales within the PSU and Government sectors.
Job Responsibilities:
As the Key Account Manager for PSU and Government sectors, you will:
Build and advance projects to the tender stage, including defining tender requirements.
Participate in the project tender process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing customers to enhance loyalty and market penetration.
Demonstrate a successful track record in selling ICT solutions and System Integration (SI) projects to various government agencies and PSUs.
Manage customer expectations across different levels and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Foster relationships with consulting firms and System Integrators (SI).
Gain deep insights into customer requirements and market dynamics.
Develop an ecosystem of OEMs and vendors for SI projects.
Additional Requirements:
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment, demonstrating a "CAN do" attitude.
Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills, including proficient documentation experience.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
Experience working in a matrix organizational structure.
12-15 years of sales experience in PSU/Government sectors.
BE/MBA qualification.
Reporting to: Senior Vice President HTA & PSU
CTC: 10-15 lakhs per annum
