Job Title: Marketing Manager - Demand GenerationVideoForce.ai helps brand and performance teams turn video into growth using AI to find creators, extract viral moments, and launch high-performing video ads across Meta & TikTok. Trusted by brands like Coca-Cola, Alcon, and Build-A-Bear.The Role: We're seeking a Marketing Manager - Demand Generation who will own the demand engine for VideoForce.ai. This is a hands-on, metrics-driven role where you'll own the entire journey: awareness → freemium signup → activation → paid conversion.We're targeting consumer brands (D2C, CPG, beauty, fashion, wellness), retailers & ecommerce (omnichannel brands, online retailers), agencies that serve consumer brands (creative, performance, social media agencies), and platforms that serve consumer brands (Shopify apps, creator platforms, ad tech).Key Responsibilities:Owning paid media budget and performance, managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads.Building campaigns targeting our ICP segments: D2C/ecommerce brands, consumer brand marketers, agencies, platform operators.Create ICP-specific messaging, build campaigns for each freemium entry point (Creator Sourcing, Highlights, Winning Ads).Test ad creative, audiences, landing pages to drive down CAC. Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency.Driving traffic from consumer brand marketers, creating high-converting content for consumer brands: blogs, guides, case studies, comparison pages.Leveraging customer stories: Coca-Cola, Alcon, Build-A-Bear proof points.Benefits:Drive business growth through data-driven decision making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.Develop and execute marketing strategies.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
