About the Role

We're looking for a
Senior Product Marketing Manager
who can bridge product, sales, and customer success to drive market adoption and revenue growth. You'll define positioning, build go-to-market strategies, craft compelling narratives, and create demand generation campaigns that convert awareness into measurable business outcomes.

This role is for someone who understands both the
art
of storytelling and the
science
of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Leadership:
    Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches, features, and releases.
  • Positioning & Messaging:
    Define Emtribe's value proposition across segments and craft differentiated messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Demand Generation:
    Partner with growth and sales teams to build campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • Sales Enablement:
    Create impactful collateral, battle cards, case studies, and playbooks that empower sales to close deals faster.
  • Market & Competitor Intelligence:
    Translate insights into strategy — identify opportunities, gaps, and trends in the SaaS ecosystem.
  • Customer Advocacy:
    Turn users into storytellers by amplifying success stories, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with Product, Growth, and Design teams to ensure consistency and alignment across every touchpoint.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of
    Product Marketing
    experience, ideally in a
    SaaS
    or
    B2B tech
    environment.
  • Proven experience in
    GTM planning
    ,
    demand generation
    , and
    lifecycle marketing
    .
  • Exceptional
    strategic thinking
    ,
    storytelling
    , and
    communication
    skills.
  • Strong grasp of
    buyer journeys
    ,
    funnel metrics
    , and
    market research
    .
  • Experience collaborating with
    product and sales teams
    to align messaging with business goals.
  • A data-driven mindset with creativity to match — able to balance insight with intuition.
