From influencer collaborations to performance marketing and brand building, we work with ambitious businesses to deliver measurable and sustainable success.We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who can lead campaigns, optimize for conversions, scale webinar funnels, manage a team, and deliver performance excellence.About the RoleAs a Senior Performance Marketer, you will own BloomX’s paid media strategy across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other channels, with the core objective of driving high-quality leads and sales for our clients’ webinar funnels and products.You will lead campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and insights delivery, and also mentor and manage junior media buyers and cross-functional marketing teams.You must be data-obsessed, creative, analytical, and highly result-oriented.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute paid campaigns with a focus on lead generation, webinar registrations, and product sales across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms.Manage daily ad budgets in excess of ₹2L+, optimizing for conversions and ROAS.Setup, monitor, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and integration with WordPress, ClickFunnels, and other landing page platforms.Optimize funnels end-to-end, including landing page recommendations and CRO (conversion rate optimization).Create and share high-level progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly) via Google Sheets or Excel.Analyze data deeply to derive actionable insights, optimize campaign performance, and guide messaging/targeting strategies.Lead and mentor the performance marketing team and collaborate with creative, content, and account management teams to build high-converting campaigns.Spearhead continuous A/B testing (audiences, creatives, hooks, landing pages).Write creative briefs, ad copies, and video ad scripts when required.Communicate and present campaign strategies, performance, and growth plans to internal stakeholders and founders.Consistently deliver user acquisition targets, CPA benchmarks, ROAS, and lead generation KPIs.Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and new growth opportunities.Bonus Points if You Have: • Experience working with coaching, ed-tech funnels, or course selling models. • Experience running YouTube ads optimised for webinar registrations or sales. • Prior exposure to basic coding/web development to handle minor tracking setups. • Copywriting experience, ability to draft creative ad hooks, scripts, and copy for campaigns. • Experience in client-facing roles and leading account discussions around performance marketing.About YouYou are a strategist, executor, and optimiser.You are numbers-obsessed and love digging deep into campaign data.You have a growth mindset and constantly seek new ideas and innovations.You are self-driven, solution-oriented, and proactive in handling challenges.You thrive in a team-focused and results-driven environment.Perks at BloomXOpportunity to lead end-to-end campaign strategies directly impacting brand growth.Work alongside founders and leadership with complete ownership and autonomy.Dynamic, fast-paced environment with a culture of innovation, creativity, and ownership.Regular access to the latest marketing trainings, courses, and certifications.Transparent, performance-based career growth and leadership opportunities.Skills:Meta Ads | Google Ads | Funnel Optimization | Lead Generation | Webinar Funnels | Performance Marketing | Data Analysis | A/B Testing | CopywritingIndustryAdvertising ServicesEmployment TypeFull-time
