Business Development Executive – Interior Design & Architecture Location: Delhi (In-Studio / Field Visits) Experience: Minimum 2 years Company: Wood craft International Woodcraft International is seeking an experienced, proactive Business Development Executive to join our interior architecture studio in Delhi. This client-facing role involves generating, qualifying, and converting leads for residential and commercial interior projects. You will work closely with the Principal Architect and design team to build strong client relationships and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads through outbound calls, social media, referrals, and local networking. Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify potential clients (budget, location, scope). Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual or in-person). Confidently present our design portfolio, services, and process. Coordinate with the Principal Architect and design team to prepare proposals and quotations. Manage follow-ups to drive deal closures. Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversion status. Represent Woodcraft International professionally in all client interactions and site visits. Support marketing initiatives, including participation in exhibitions and local events. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of sales/business development experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, or related industries. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confident in client-facing roles and presentations. Self-motivated, organised, and target-oriented. Knowledge of the Delhi NCR market and willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits. Familiarity with MS Office, WhatsApp Business, email, and basic CRM tools.
