Channel Sales SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth and strengthen distribution in a specific region.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for sim activations at retail outlets as per targets, ensuring seamless execution and meeting business objectives.Drive revenue market share by increasing retail width and product availability through strategic partnerships and promotional activities.Manage the productivity of channel partners and distributors, fostering strong relationships and addressing any operational challenges that may arise.Train and ensure required field sales executives with distributors, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.Ensure distributors and retailers maintain adequate stocks, minimizing stockouts and overstocking issues.Strengthen distribution by increasing recharge selling outlets, SIM, and selling outlets, thereby expanding our market reach.Drive basic distribution parameters such as ROI of distributors and retailers, providing valuable insights into our business performance.Gather and monitor competition plans, policies, best practices, and initiatives, reporting to senior management and key stakeholders.Propose requirements to enhance visibility in the territory, advocating for targeted marketing efforts and promotions.Required Skills and Qualifications:Knowledge of products and markets, including industry trends and competitor analysis.Proficiency in channel sales strategies and tactics, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expansion.Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.Excellent relationship management skills, with a focus on building strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.Target orientation, with a focus on achieving business objectives and meeting performance metrics.Customer focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.What We Offer:A challenging and rewarding role with opportunities for professional growth and development.
