Job Role OverviewThe incumbent will assume a pivotal role in spearheading human resources and administrative operations across the organization.This position demands an exceptional professional who can oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, manage employee relations, coordinate office operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive strategic HR initiatives while maintaining seamless day-to-day functioning of the firm.Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies including job postings, candidate vetting, interviews, and onboarding.Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for HR and Admin staff and monitor their progress.Conduct orientation programs and induction sessions for new joiners and interns to facilitate smooth integration into the team.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters, grievances, and performance evaluations.Oversee employee databases, ensure data security, and coordinate with external partners for internship and placement programs.Administrative Oversight and ComplianceEnsure effective management of office operations, including inventory control, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships.Supervise front desk personnel and support staff across multiple locations.Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and internal event planning.Oversee office infrastructure maintenance, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and maintain compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.Strategic HR Initiatives and Talent ManagementCollaborate with senior leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.Implement employer branding and employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to inform data-driven decision making and drive business outcomes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in a professional services firm.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in HRMS software, Microsoft Office, and data management systems.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
