Strategic Client Retention LeadThis role entails overseeing the employee benefits portfolio of corporate clients, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and facilitating their requirements.Develop robust client relationshipsCommunicate client needs and make adjustments as necessaryEngage with customers through various mediums and provide prompt assistanceKeep customers updated on latest offeringsThe ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, strong listening abilities, and proficiency in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A bachelor's degree or master's degree is required, along with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general insurance/insurance brokers and 5-8 years of experience in client service. Relevant certifications are an added advantage. Being a team player is also essential.Key responsibilities include:Building and maintaining strong client relationshipsEffective communication and problem-solvingCollaboration with internal teams to deliver excellent customer serviceStaying up-to-date with industry trends and developmentsRequired qualifications include:Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 2-3 years of experience in general insurance/insurance brokers5-8 years of experience in client serviceRelevant certifications (an added advantage)
