A bachelor's degree or master's degree is required, along with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general insurance/insurance brokers and 5-8 years of experience in client service. Relevant certifications are an added advantage. Being a team player is also essential.Key responsibilities include:Building and maintaining strong client relationshipsEffective communication and problem-solvingCollaboration with internal teams to deliver excellent customer serviceStaying up-to-date with industry trends and developmentsRequired qualifications include:Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 2-3 years of experience in general insurance/insurance brokers5-8 years of experience in client serviceRelevant certifications (an added advantage)
