Client Relationship ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account management department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring seamless campaign execution, driving account growth, and delivering consistent value to brand partners.This role requires strong strategic thinking, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally. You will serve as the anchor for account performance, retention, and expansion.Main Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication.Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic check-ins to strengthen relationships.Understand client objectives thoroughly and translate them into clear internal briefs.Plan, execute, monitor, and close campaigns with precision, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Build, propose, and pitch strategies tailored to client goals, platform trends, and influencer insights.Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services, geographies, and campaign types.Ensure strong client retention by proactively solving issues, demonstrating value, and optimizing performance.Coordinate with creative, strategy, influencer, and execution teams for smooth internal collaboration.Prepare performance reports, presentations, and insights to support client decisions.Maintain complete documentation of briefs, feedback loops, deliverables, and communication threads.Ensure all campaign deliverables meet brand standards, timelines, and platform benchmarks.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing or account management within an agency.Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.Good understanding of influencer marketing, digital processes, and social media workflows.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting formats.About Us:We are a specialist influencer marketing platform and agency helping brands and creators collaborate meaningfully to drive measurable impact.
