Job Summary:We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team on a 6-month contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong understanding of hiring processes. The contract may be extended based on performance and business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies.Source candidates through multiple channels — job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist relevant candidates.Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.Maintain recruitment trackers and update status reports regularly.Support onboarding formalities for selected candidates.Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced environment).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Hands-on experience with job portals and social media hiring.Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.Contract Terms:Duration: 6 months (renewable based on performance)Type: Full-time, on-sitePerformance-based extension or conversion to permanent role
