Founded by experienced professionals from top companies like Apple, BCG, and Oyo, we are committed to revolutionizing the couple vacation experience.LOCATION : GURUGRAMRole Overview:The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for driving the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring the right talent is identified, engaged, and onboarded to support business growth. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can build strong pipelines, enhance candidate experience, and collaborate closely with hiring managers.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics for reporting.Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or consultancy).Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and stakeholder management.
