LOCATION : GURUGRAM Role Overview: The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for driving the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring the right talent is identified, engaged, and onboarded to support business growth. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can build strong pipelines, enhance candidate experience, and collaborate closely with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics for reporting. - Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. - Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or consultancy). - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools. - Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. - High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and stakeholder management.
