- Develop and manage the marketing budget for the assigned area, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing spend and ROI.
- Work closely with sales, product, and corporate marketing teams to align marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Partner with local stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market conditions for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
