The ideal candidate is proactive, strong in communication, and passionate about B2B sales and partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify potential B2B partners through LinkedIn, industry platforms, and networksManage a strong pipeline of prospects and schedule meetings/demosConduct outreach through calls, emails, and presentationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersPrepare proposals, partnership decks, and business documentsConduct market and competitor research to identify opportunitiesMaintain CRM records and track partnership progressCollaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategiesProvide weekly updates on outreach activities and progressRequirementsBachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsInterest or experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business developmentGood research and analytical thinkingProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or lead generation platforms (preferred)Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with a fast-paced and growth-driven teamExposure to end-to-end B2B partnerships and sales strategyLearning-focused environment with career growth opportunities
