Its operations integrate technology and consumer insights to manage scale and efficiency.Role Overview:The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for driving business growth, managing relationships, and executing product introductions on Quick Commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.). The role involves end-to-end growth ownership, ensuring revenue targets are met, optimizing product placement, and enhancing brand visibility within the quick commerce ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:1. Own and drive sales targets for quick commerce platforms. Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to achieve revenue goals.2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, supply chain, and finance) to drive revenue optimization strategies.3. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across quick commerce platforms.4. Negotiate JBP (Joint Business Plans) and promotional opportunities to maximize visibility and sales.5. Identify quick commerce trends and product gaps to introduce suitable products from the portfolio.6. Drive new product launches by collaborating with category teams to ensure seamless onboarding and visibility.7. Analyze sales data and consumer behaviour insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.8. Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, discounts, and campaigns to drive conversions. Ensure strong ROI on promotional investments and monitor performance during campaigns.9. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure stock availability, timely replenishments, and zero stock-outs.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Min 2-3 years of experience in sales/key account management, preferably within the FMCG, confectionery, or consumer goods industry.Prior experience managing quick commerce platforms is highly preferred.Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.Excellent understanding of quick commerce trends, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics.
